Following the Prime Ministers announcement on Monday 22nd February, detailing the road map out of lockdown and return to school for primary and secondary students from the 8th March,  Academy 360 have communicated our phased return, commencing from Monday 8th March.

Return Dates:

Primary Students (Reception to Year 6) – Return on Monday 8th March.

Year 10 and Year 11 – Return on Monday 8th March

Year 8 and Year 9 – Return on Tuesday 9th March

Year 7 – Return on Wednesday 10th March

We will continue to provide regular updates as we receive further guidance. All children attending the school site, irrespective of phase, are expected to wear full school uniform.

We will continue to provide our critical worker and vulnerable students provision during the phased return outlined above. This will continue from the 8th – 10th March. From the 10th March; all students will have fully returned to the Academy.

Think North East is a School Direct partnership led by Sedgefield Community College, working closely with a number of other successful schools.  Using the School Direct route, we offer teacher training placements in schools located across County Durham, Sunderland and Newcastle upon Tyne.  Where other training providers might see you placed in schools located far and wide, we can work with you to ensure you are placed in schools that allow you to carry out your other commitments whilst training.
