Enrichment

Introduction

At Academy 360, we believe education should go beyond the classroom. Our Primary Enrichment Programme gives every child the chance to explore new interests, develop important life skills and grow in confidence. Everything we do reflects our LST Trust Values:

  • Ambitious – encouraging pupils to aim high and try new things.
  • Brave – giving them the confidence to take on challenges.
  • Curious – inspiring pupils to ask questions and discover new ideas.
  • Determined – supporting them to keep going when things feel difficult.
  • Extraordinary – helping them discover talents that make them shine.
  • Fast – building quick thinking and adaptability through exciting activities.
  • Good – promoting kindness, respect and teamwork in everything we do.

Enrichment is an important part of school life because it helps children learn in different ways, experience success and develop skills that will stay with them for life.
