Our Primary Careers Team
At Academy 360, we believe that careers education starts early. Our aim is to inspire curiosity, raise aspirations and help every child understand the wide-range of opportunities available to them as they grow. By introducing careers-related learning in the Primary phase, we give pupils the chance to explore different roles, develop essential skills and begin thinking about their futures in a positive and informed way.
Through engaging lessons, themed days and visits from local employers, we help children connect their learning to the world beyond the classroom. This approach supports our commitment to developing confident, ambitious learners who are well-prepared to the next stage of their education.
