BAE STEM Roadshow Inspires Year 7 Pupils

On Thursday 25th September, our Year 7 pupils attended a careers roadshow delivered by MGA in collaboration with BAE Systems, The Royal Air Force and The Royal Navy, focusing on Artificial Intelligence.

During the session, students explored practical applications of AI and learned the importance of combining human skills with technology to maximise its potential. They also saw how AI can be used as a learning tool, including an interactive demonstration with an AI robotic dog, Fluffy. The session concluded with pupils observing AI being used to compose a song about dinosaurs in space, complete with a music video.

Through these activities, students developed skills in problem solving, creativity and digital literacy, gaining an understanding of how human and technological skills work together in modern careers.
