Students Explore Nature on Enrichment Partnership Trip to Rainton Meadows
Back
Twelve students took part in an enriching trip to Rainton Meadows today as part of the Enrichment Partnership Pilot. The day’s activities included bird watching, fire making, nature walking, and pond dipping, providing the students with a well-rounded experience in both wildlife observation and practical outdoor skills. The students were guided by expert naturalists and instructors, who shared their knowledge.
The trip is part of the new STEPFWRD app, which helps students discover and access local and regional enrichment activities. The app is designed to provide students with unique learning experiences outside the classroom, promoting personal growth and community engagement.
