Reading Challenge

The best way to encourage yourself to read and find things they would like to read is variety. It’s all about finding something that captures your imagination and that you are interested in. It doesn’t have to be book, it could be things like magazines, comics or poetry. The best way to find out what you enjoy reading is to experiment and thats why I hope this reading challenge can be useful. Here are 31 reading challenge ideas to make reading more fun.

Bitesize Free Lessons

Beginning Monday 20 April, BBC Bitesize will publish daily online lessons for all ages. We’ll also have a new dedicated TV channel full of learning content, podcasts on BBC Sounds and loads of educational video on iPlayer.

PE Challenge

This week to celebrate Captain Tom Moore’s 100th birthday and support him in walking 100 laps of his garden. We are challenging you to complete a physical activity 100 times! Ideas could include 100 sit ups, 100 keepy ups – the more adventurous and unusual the better! 
Email clips, pictures or a description of your physical activity to Miss Richardson or Mr Shaw by 3pm on Thursday 7th May.

Healthy Living Challenge

Drink 1 to 2 litres of water a day for a week and write down in a diary about how this makes you feel.
