Attendance

We expect all students to maintain their attendance at 100%.  We believe that every school day counts and it is important to maximise the learning opportunities for all of our students.

Throughout the school year, we recognise excellent and improving attendance through rewards, prizes and end of term celebrations.

It is a legal requirement to ensure that students attend school every day and on time. Children who are regularly absent from school miss out on opportunities that can affect their life chances.

Our Attendance Officer and Progress Leaders are here to support students and families, to ensure that any barriers to attending school are removed, to prevent disruption to learning.
